The Beauty Buzz: Slip Sliding

When it comes to wet T-shirts, spring break has nothing on Baron Baptiste's power yoga classes in Philadelphia, L.A., and Boston. Held in 90-degree rooms, the classes are so demanding that the whole class ends up soaked with sweat. Yoga purists may scoff-there's no religion, chanting, or philosophy shoved down your throat-but that doesn't stop top athletes, celebrities (including Helen Hunt, Raquel Welch, and Elisabeth Shue) and flocks of others from becoming addicted to Baptiste's jam-packed classes and boot-camp weeks.
