Nowadays, toddlers and granddads alike have popped a downward dog at some point or another. Such has been the (well-documented) rise in yoga's popularity. At the BAPTISTE POWER VINYASA YOGA INSTITUTE in Cambridge and Brookline, aspiring yogis young and old, male and female, slim and chubby, strong and getting there, Gumbies and not, line up their mats and sweat and sweat and sweat. The temperature in the studio hovers upward of 90 degrees, and Baptiste blends traditions and philosophies - the result is a practice that rinses and detoxifies your body and brain. Sweat rivers off you as you flow, and yes, there's a chance you'll get dripped on by your neighbor. A small price to pay for strength of body and clarity of mind.

We take credit cards for a minimum of 3 classes per purchase.
Classes are drop-in (first come, first serve).
Classes are open to all levels.
We also offer Power Yoga Basics classes for the new yoga practitioner. Check the studio schedule for days and times.
We offer private instruction for individuals and groups.
Bring a yoga mat - rentals available for $4.
Arrive ten minutes early.
Practice yoga on an empty stomach.
Bring water and a towel - towel rental and water available for $4 together.
This is Hot Yoga. We practice in a 90 degree room.
Be prepared to sweat and unleash your potential.
Ask questions - the instructors are there for you!
Metered parking available on Massachusetts Avenue.

All class packages & single class sales are final. No class packages are refundable or transferable for any reason (illness, relocation, etc).
