At Baptiste Power Yoga Institute, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our product. The following is our return policy:

• For all videos, DVDs, audio CDs (not including our Monthly Magic and Teacher's Insight CD subscription series), books and audio books, our return policy is a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have ordered and they fall into the above category, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. Please include your original invoice or the invoice number. Please also print and include a return form.
  
  
• For all clothing, our return policy is a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the clothing products you have ordered, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and the item has not been worn. Please include your original invoice or the invoice number. Please also print and include a return form.
  
  
• For orders of Monthly Magic and Teacher's Insight monthly CD Subscriptions, we only accept requests for refunds within 30 days of shipment of your first order. If you order after January, you will receive all the CDs that have been released up to the date of your order. At the time of your return, you must return all the CDs you have received with your order. We do not give partial credits or refunds for either of these subscriptions.
  
  
• For all yoga mats, rugs, blocks, straps and headbands, we do not accept returns and do not provide refunds.
  
  
• Shipping costs are not reimbursed and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  
  
• If you wish to receive a UPS label to use when returning your product to us, please contact us and we will provide you with one. We charge for the cost of the return label.
  
  
• BPYI will assume the cost of any return due to a defective product.
