Joseph Lauricella

Joseph Lauricella is the founder and owner of Arizona Power Yoga in Marana, Arizona. He has been a bodyworker and massage therapy teacher for over 12 years. He has strong leadership skills and encourages his students to reach for their greatest potential and share themselves as a gift to the world.

Joseph has been practicing many styles of yoga for over 10 years. He is a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance.

Joseph has recently been assisting Baron Baptiste at various Teacher Trainings. His classes are light hearted, yet physically challenging. When he is not teaching, you might find him climbing, hiking or talking to strangers.

His philosophy of life can be summed up with this quote:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure....we are all meant to shine like children do, it's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
