Brandon Compagnone

Brandon Compagnone graduated from U-Mass Amherst with a major in Psychology and Biology. He has studied Goju-Rue Karate since he was a child, started playing music at age seven, and always loved wrestling.

"I took wrestling real serious...I dieted, did all of the stupid things wrestlers do, and ended up with broken bones and a bruised inner body. My heart was still strong and that's when I found yoga. At age 18 I started studying Kundalini Yoga... the text, everything. I immersed myself in it. Ironically though, I ended up selling real estate for a living. Somewhere along the way I lost my soul. I found Baptiste. I went every day for two years, and had no other choice but to begin teaching the process that ultimately brought me back to life."

"I feel I have a mission: to remember. Without this practice, I forget what the purpose of my life is: to love unconditionally and give my soul to the world."

Brandon likes to push limits in his classes. At the same time, he stresses modifications and rest when needed. Brandon is not a big fan of mediocrity; he shoots for excellence. He sets the bar high and lets his students find their own way up - there is no rush. "Anything and every thing is cool my class... laugh, cry, let your hair down. If I have one goal as teacher it is to crack your shell, with love. Have fun!"
