BOOTCAMP "ASSISTANT IN TRAINING" PROGRAM
NOTE: You must complete the 4 Day Assistant Training Program BEFORE you will be eligible to train onsite at a bootcamp as a shadow assistant.
The Next Level:
Assisting with BPYI
An opportunity for graduates of BPYI Level 2 Teacher Training. Be a member of a Bootcamp team and get hands on, real time training with the world class BPYI assisting staff. This program for ASSISTANTS IN TRAINING is by application and interview only. Successful completion of BPYI Level 2 Teacher Training is a pre-requisite for application.
How it works:
- You will arrive at Bootcamp early and work with the team to prepare the site and ourselves for the program.
- You will participate in team meetings and experience the dynamic of creating a space for transformation.
- You will assist asana classes. The first days will be devoted to side-by-side on-the-floor training with senior assistants.
- You will attend and support all discussion sessions, learning to use your way of being as a model for the process.
- Throughout the program you will receive feedback and support from senior team members.
This is an extremely intensive, hands-on training process. You will need to be 100% present, 100% of the time for the entire 8 days of Bootcamp. This experience will transform your understanding of being both a teacher and a student. Your life will never be the same!!
At the completion of yur program you will receive thorough written feedback on your way of being and support of the team and of the process. We will then work with you to determine the next step in your path as a developing assistant.

APPLICATION
Applications for the Assistant in Training Program are individually
reviewed. Submission of your application indicates that you have read,
understand, and agree to all of the requirements for the the program.
Once you submit your application, please email a color photo to
assisting@baronbaptiste.com or send it to BPYI, P.O. Box 400279, Cambridge, MA 02140 care of Leslie Trujillo. Once your application is complete
(and we have received the photo) you will hear back from BPYI within 2 weeks. If
you have not heard from us after 2 weeks, please call us at 617-441-2144.
Photographs are used for administrative purposes only. On your
photograph please include your full name, location, and the subject "Assistant in
Training Program".
