Please Note
We strongly suggest that you arrange to arrive the day prior to your program start date. You must arrive on property by 2pm at the latest on the start day of your program.
Our programs begin promptly at 6 pm on the start date and in order to maintain the integrity of the experience, and to uphold your commitment to showing up 100%, we cannot allow any late arrivals. Please take this into consideration as you make your travel arrangements and plan to arrive by 2pm on the start date of your program.
Cancellation Policy
The Baptiste Power Yoga Institute pays the full program costs months in advance of each program's actual start date. In order for us to continue to provide these enriching programs all over the world, we regretfully inform you that we are unable to issue any refunds within six weeks of the start of this program. In addition, the $500.00 deposit to secure your spot in this program is not refundable.
Airport and Departure Information
It is ideal for you to arrive in Mexico a day early to acclimate, but should you choose to arrive on October 16, please arrange your flight to land in Cancun, Mexico by NOON on the first day of training in order to meet the shuttle and arrive at Maya Tulum in time for 6:00pm dinner and orientation. We highly recommend arriving a day early to ensure that you are well-rested and ready for the week.
We recommend departing on the last day of training at noon or later.
Shuttle transportation to and from the airport is complementary on October 15 or 16 and last day of training. If you choose to arrive earlier, you can still arrange your shuttle service directly through Maya Tulum.
Please note that if you are arranging early stay at Maya Tulum, Posada Margherita or Amansala resort, there is an additional shuttle cost, paid directly to Maya Tulum.

On the arrival Saturday, proceed from Immigration to claim your luggage. Once you arrive in Mexico, please be advised that you will need to meet the shuttle driver from Maya Tulum resort to take you to the training. Upon exiting customs, please make your way to the Coconut Bar at Terminal 3. Your shuttle driver will be waiting there with a Maya Tulum sign. If you do not see the driver right away, please wait, and he/she will return to find you. The drivers are very reliable, and will be expecting you. They can also direct you to restrooms and any other necessary stops before you leave the airport for Maya Tulum.

Spending Money, Valuables
You shouldn't need a lot of extra money, but be aware that credit cards are not accepted at Maya Tulum, so make sure you take some cash and/or travelers checks. You do not need the local currency; everyone prefers dollars. Expenses that you may choose to incur include massage, jewelry, and other crafts sold by local artists.
Do not bring a lot of valuables. Jewelry, etc. is not necessary. They do have a safe for passports and travelers checks, but you are responsible for any items left in your room.
Vaccinations
You do not need any special vaccinations to enter Mexico. There is a doctor in Tulum, and a good clinic in Cancun, Mexico.
Dress
The dress is casual. The hotel can send your laundry out to be done, but it will take a few days, so bring enough to last eight days! For more information on what to bring please click here.

To ensure the good health of all yogis, special care is taken in the preparation and cleaning of all fruit and vegetables.
