“Asana is perfect firmness of body, steadiness of intellect, and benevolence of spirit.” - B.K.S. IYENGAR
This workshop is open to students and teachers of all levels. As a teacher, you will gain confidence and tools in delivering assists that are direct, clear, and powerful; showing up in your students both on and off their mats! If you do not teach yet, you will gain a new perspective of your personal practice and a deeper understanding of energetic flow.
Your days in Cambridge will be balanced between practicing, learning alignment principles, and giving and receiving assists. Your evenings will be free, allowing you to explore our great city with your new yoga friends.

Hydration
You are responsible for maintaining a healthy level of hydration throughout the training. Because you will be continuously sweating and losing fluids throughout asana practice, you should balance this by consistently taking in fluids. In addition to your normal water intake, we strongly suggest that you also drink electrolyte replenishment fluid throughout each day. The amount you will need will vary depending on your size and your activity level. Please note that we do NOT provide Ultima or other powder; you are responsible for bringing a sufficient amount of electrolyte powder with you to the 4-Day Assistant Training program to maintain healthy hydration.
