You will explore your strengths and weaknesses as a teacher, bringing blind-spots into view in a way that makes you powerful in the moment. It is an opportunity to discover and explore the extraordinary within you as a teacher, a practitioner, and a person.

Menla is a serene sanctuary located in a 320 acre valley in the Catskill Mountains of New York state. Surrounded by a national forest preserve, they are able to provide guests with a wondrous and tranquil experience. Tuition & Housing Preferences
Tuition includes your lodging and meals for the duration of the training. Your $500 non-refundable deposit will be applied to your tuition.
- Single Room $3,850.00 - Menla offers a range of beautiful single rooms in very limited supply. All Single Rooms offer a private bath and the peace you’ll need during your group and personal discovery.
- Double Room with Private Bath $3,750.00 - Double rooms offer you two twin beds and private bathroom. These deluxe rooms have beautiful views of the forest or mountains and can even be set in a peaceful field.
- Double Room with a Shared Bath $3,500.00 - The double rooms with a shared bath come complete with organic cotton linens, down comforters, and modern tiled bathrooms making your stay a relaxing one.
- Quad Room with Private Bath $3,250.00 - The quad rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great and economical way to attend this life changing program.
- Quad Room with Shared Bath $3,150.00 - The quad rooms are a wonderful opportunity to connect with your fellow participants. Baptiste programs are meant to be shared, used for creating connections and community.
- Camping $2,995.00 - Menla is a great place to camp. Beauty all around you in the lush Catskill mountains, fall asleep to the sound of the river and the deep rich night air. Most of the camping sites have platforms and all have access to bathrooms with hot showers. Campers are responsible for bringing all of their own camping supplies including tent, sleeping bag, head lamp and whatever else you might need for ANY type of weather.

Arrival
Please plan on arriving onsite at Menla by 3 pm on September 8th. Many Attendees choose to arrive a day early to acclimate to the environment, and to mitigate potential travel delays. If at all possible, we recommend arriving a day early. You can book rooms at Menla directly or choose a hotel close by.
Departure
Program ends with an optional yoga class from 7-9 am on September 15th. You can plan your return travel for any time on September 15th.
Please note that you are responsible for getting to and from the Retreat Center.
