Participating in Level One | Journey Into Power does not require you to currently teach nor have the desire to teach. What this program does require is 100% commitment to your own growth and to fulfilling on what matters most to you.

Accommodation

The Sedona Mago Retreat is located just outside of Sedona, Arizona. The lodging rooms are modest casitas, which are comfortably furnished with a personal meditation area including a small table and mats. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful Juniper trees, gardens and a lake. For more information about this beautiful retreat center vist www.sedonamagoretreat.org.

Tuition | Housing

Tuition includes your lodging and meals for the duration of the training. Your $500 non-refundable deposit will be applied to your tuition.

Single Room | $3,500.00 A single room has a double bed and private bath in the spiritual splendor of Arizona!

Double Room | $3200.00 These double occupancy rooms include a single bath, are spacious inside and have a patio for enjoying the outdoors.

Triple Room | $2900.00 These triple occupancy rooms include a single bath and provide a great opportunity for you to share your Level One and expand your community at this beautiful program!

  • Towels or yogi toes for sweaty asana practice

Arrival Information

We require all participants to arrive onsite by 3pm on the start date of program. Sedona Mago Retreat is about an hour and a half (driving) outside of Phoenix and an hour (driving) outside of Flagstaff. In order to maintain the integrity of the program and to uphold your commitment to show up 100%, we cannot allow any late arrivals. The first meal provided on your program start date is dinner. This is followed by an orientation and, at 7pm, program begins. If you are arriving earlier in the day, we recommend eating before you arrive, bringing snacks or bringing cash to purchase food at the onsite restaurant.

Departure Information

On the last day of your program, there is an optional yoga class in the morning, as well as breakfast. We recommend departing between 11am and 5pm, although you are welcome to depart as early as 6am.

How to Get to Sedona Mago Retreat

Sedona Mago Retreat is located near Sedona, about an hour and a half (driving) outside of Phoenix and an hour (driving) outside of Flagstaff. We recommend taking a shuttle from the airport or carpooling with other participants (you can coordinate with other participants on the Facebook page for your program).

Venue

Sedona Mago Retreat is located at 3500 Bill Gray Road, Sedona, AZ 86336. Please do not use your GPS as it will take you in the wrong direction. Do NOT use Forest Service Road 525. Follow the directions in your information package.

Airports

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (about an hour away) or Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (about 2 hours away).

Driving

Shuttle

Sedona-Phoenix Shuttle | You will need to schedule the Sedona-Phoenix Shuttle at 1-800-448-7988 or click here to set up your shuttle to Sedona. The cost is $40 one-way or $90 round-trip. Please let the shuttle know that you are going to Mago Garden. Sedona Mago Retreat Shuttle Pickup Service | When you arrive at the I (which is the Mago Information Center), a Sedona Mago Retreat staff member will be making several loop pickups to bring you to the Welcome Center at the Sedona Mago Retreat.  This second shuttle ride is about 30 minutes along a dirt road at 5-10 mph to the heart of Mago. This service is complimentary. Please refer to the Sedona Mago Retreat website for complete and detailed information on how to arrive at the Retreat Center.

Travel Resources

For your convenience, we partner with CB Travel to assist you in purchasing flights, arranging ground transportation to the venue and to assist you in arranging accommodations outside of program dates if needed. CB Travel offers their services for a fee of $29 (domestic) and $35 (international). This includes monitoring your flights, assisting you with any cancellations or changes while you are traveling and emergency after hours assistance. CB Travel will also send your itinerary directly to the Baptiste Programs team.
