I walked into the Baptiste Studio in Cambridge. I was told how amazing and challenging it was and had to give it a try. I was sore for days! Even though I was running and biking a lot, I felt muscles that I didn’t know existed. I’ve never felt so challenged in that way. I knew it was the right place for me. I had some back pain from running before I started. The back pain went away a short while after I started.
When did you decide to teach yoga?
I just finished a 40 days to Personal Revolution program at the Cambridge Studio. I was practicing almost every day and finally embraced a meditation practice. Something just shifted. I realized that I wanted more and more of this yoga. After my Level 1 Teacher Training in August of 2008, I realized I had something to share.
