The yoga classes I teach are: sincere, lighthearted, and grounded
I practice Baptiste yoga because: Baptiste yoga was the doorway that opened me back to myself and my vision at a point of great loss. The practice is a great practice of strength and softness. The flow unravels my busy mind and soothes my body’s need for movement.
I teach Baptiste yoga because: I love the practice, I am inspired by the community, and I want to give back all of the beautiful gifts of holding space in transition and growth for others, as my teacher did for me.
I am inspired by: Movement, Love, Exploration and Dreaming with abandon.
I am committed to: I am committed to creating a space of warmth and welcome for the community. I am committed to fostering growth of heart and mind through the teaching of a safe yet expansive body practice.
