Jill’s journey began at 22 years old when a friend recommend she try yoga in order to heal injuries — a result of over a decade of a competitive gymnastics and dance. It was love at first class! She delighted in the fact that her body didn’t hurt after practicing yoga and eventually, her injuries started to heal.
Beyond the mat, yoga opened her up to new possibilities and allowed her to embrace personal power so that she is now able to fully live and love. Her intention is to share the benefits of yoga with others. Jill completed Level 1 and 2 Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and is currently a Certified Baptiste Vinyasa yoga teacher.
