Gina began practicing yoga in 2004. What started out as cross training for marathons and triathlons became so much more. In addition to injury prevention, she was attracted to the simplicity, freedom of movement and non-competitive nature of yoga.
Gina is a mother of five and the wife of an extreme endurance athlete. She has a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and worked in the health care community until the birth of her third child. Gina is a Certified Baptiste Teacher. She has participated in many Baron Baptiste trainings including, Levels 1 and 2, Art of Assisting, and Foundations in Action. She has always seen her practice and trainings as a gift – bringing balance, clarity and awareness to her life. Gina is grateful to be a part of the Baptiste community. Through her training, she has learned to appreciate the value of inspiring and empowering others. As an instructor, she will challenge each individual to have fun with their practice and to realize their highest potential. Gina loves to share her passion of yoga with others.
